New Year Mystery KAL!

For our January Knit Along, we are trying a Mystery Knit-Along kicking off on Ravelry on January 1st. You can get the details to the MKAL here

For those of you who have never done one, the knit-a-long is done with clues, in stages, so the final result is a surprise! The instructions usually include what the final product will be (in this case, a shawl) and the specifications for materials.

We are excited to announce that our own local dyer, Beedle will be providing custom gradient colors that fit the requirements. Sneak previews of the colors will be in the shop between Christmas and the New Year.

Dates: Tuesdays in January (15, 22, 29)

Times: 5:30 - 7:00 pm

Cost: Knit along is free with purchase of HMYC yarn for the KAL, or $20 otherwise.

Register here.

The de-stash starts first on Thursday, Jan. 31st. Bring in your unwanted items for knitting, crocheting, or felting and sell them for store credit. Cost is only $5, no matter how many items you bring in.

Put each item in a Ziploc bag along with tags that you can download here or pick up at the shop. Drop them off at the shop starting on January 22 and pick up unsold items and a store credit certificate starting on Tuesday, February 5th.

Register to participate in the shop.
